Nest and TreeHouse partnered for Nest’s smart home safety line product launch. This new line of products, along with TreeHouse's expertise in home projects and installations, marked a significant opportunity for the two companies - a seamless end-to-end smart home experience.

In-store and online shopping experience

There were two parts of this partnership. First, TreeHouse would build a new smart-home digital and physical shopping experience that could quickly and easily recommend the right product combinations based on the customers needs and home size. We built a custom digital shopping experience that was accessible online as well as through in-store kiosks. For the in-store experience, customer support staff was is there to answer product related questions, and during the digital check out, the customer could select a time that worked for them to complete the installation.

Marketing campaign

The second part was to create a widespread marketing campaign that would run alongside the launch of the new Nest products and TreeHouse service.. My responsibility, in addition to creating the digital and physical shopping experiences, was to create the visual campaign language and lead the teams execution of the rollout.

This product (and campaign) launched in October 2017 in the Austin and Dallas metro areas.
